The recent winter days have been very cold in Germany. Forest and trees almost vanished in the snow. This is what I was waiting for. No need for travelling – I went out for taking photographs at home. It has been fun!
After a short melting period the temperature fell below minus 10 degrees Celsius and remained there for almost a week.
Everything was covered by a thick layer of ice. Twigs were weighed down by icicles looking like tears.
Ice seamed creeks remind of Iceland literally.
